Anisa loves her Online Groups & Family Training! Her group training and classes include Boot Camps, Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon), High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and Functional Fitness (FF) for all levels – beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Again, all you need is bodyweight and medicine balls = life changing results!

Her Functional Fitness trainings are full body workouts that focus on building, toning, and shaping a strong and fit body built for real life activities like playing with pets, housework, carrying groceries, and playing with your kids!

Anisa’s Group Training is devised from her passion and expertise in working with teams and families where there’s always a feeling of true community, connection, determination, and laughter!
